Who we are

Consisting of nearly one hundred committed unpaid volunteers, the Kiwanis Club of Kirkland (KCK) was established over 70 years ago as a nonprofit focusing solely on helping children and young adults in our community. Overseen by the KCK, the goal of the 501(c)(3) Kirkland Kiwanis Foundation is to help our youth succeed by means of academic and vocational scholarships, developing their service leadership skills, and more. In addition, the Foundation also provides grants to other smaller organizations serving the youth of Greater Kirkland.

Making a difference

As longtime residents in the community, we believe our young people hold the future in their hands, and we strive to make a difference in their lives through our charity drives, events and pledges. We offer scholarships, grants and small organization funding for groups that will join us in uplifting the community and improving the chances of success for our kids. As an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we’re committed to their success. If you’re interested in joining our foundation or have an opportunity that may benefit our community, please feel free to contact us!

Our commitment to Kirkland’s youth

We take pride in supporting smaller, lesser-known local organizations that, in their unique way, are endeavoring to help our local youth. 100% of the grants and donations we receive go directly to improving the lives of Greater Kirkland kids. We also provide scholastic financial support in the form of various grants and scholarships.
